I’m doing the listen-to-music-on-shuffle thing anyway, so I thought I might as well, since all I have to do is write it down.
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, Zune etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that’s playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
Opening Credits: Tony’s Theme by the Pixies
Waking Up: There’s no F**king Rules, Dude by “!!!”, which is apparently their actual band name. A good song, and it would be pretty cool if it were appropriate.:)
First Day At School: Be Like That by Three Doors Down
Falling In Love: Theory of a Dead Man, by Invisible man.
Fight Song: Remedy [I Won’t Worry] by Jason Mraz
Breaking Up: Farewell (and I don’t know the artist). Hey, finally, something fits!!!
Prom night: I Doo(Cherish You) by 98 Degrees. Again, sort of, but this is fairly general, anyway.
Life: Oboe Concerto in D Minor, by Bach (and wtf does “life” mean?)
Mental Breakdown: Flute Concerto in G minor ‘La Notte’, VI. Allegro by Vivaldi. This one, btw, is fast and wandering enough that it can be said to be a teeny bit crazy 🙂 .Really good, though.
Driving: Highway to Hell, by ACDC (:D) Ok, fine, I cheated. It got stuck on the classical stuff!
Flashback: He Wasn’t, by Avril Lavigne. Hey, the beat’s good, alright?
Getting back together: Only Human, by Jason Mraz
Wedding: I Can’t hear the Music, by James Blunt. I don’t think it’s appropriate, but it certainly is a good song.
Birth of Child: Eli, the barrowboy, by the Decemberists.
Final Battle: Isaac, by Madonna. Wait, I have songs by Madonna in my collection???
Funeral Song: The Pretender, by Foo Fighters.
Final Credits: (Pick 3 songs)
- Lost, by Coldplay
- Out of the Sunrise, by Joe Satriani
- Blue in green, by Miles Davis
